Villa Dhyan in Sayan, Ubud

"Villa Dhyan" is set on the steep ridge of the Ayung River in Sayan near the famous Four Seasons and Amandari resorts and offers stunning views of the Ayung River and the valley. It's a short walk (about 70 meters) from the busy main road.

The villa contains of 5 buildings; the main house accommodates on the ground floor a two-level living area with large sofas, several traditional sofa chairs and tables to enjoy the breath-taking view of the river below and the surroundings. On the ground floor is also a bathroom, and two staircases lead to the up-stairs master bedroom.

A square dining pavilion with a table for up to 6 guests is located next to the main house and close to the separate kitchen building and a small studio (locked when Dittmar is in Sydney, in Munich or travelling) and a guest bedroom above. An additional guest cottage is set in the garden behind the main building next to the swimming pool.

Bedrooms:

2 air-conditioned and 1 fan cooled bedrooms in different building; each has its own bathroom;
Master bedroom (air-conditioned) is in second storey of living area, overlooking garden and Ayung River;
Second Bedroom cottage (air-conditioned) is next to Swimming Pool overlooking Ayung River;
Third Bedroom (fan-cooled) is in second storey of the studio overlooking Ayung River.
