This simple but comfortable villa is located on the Bukit (Hill) on the Southern peninsula and ooffer a spectacular view over the sea, Kuta, Sanur, and Bali's mountains. The property is only several minutes walk away to "Bali Impian Estate".
This house consists of two levels; the entrance is on the ground floor, via a stair from the street level private parking. All guest area; ie. living and dining rooms, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms and the terrace with the swimming pool and an open pavilion are located on the upper floor several meter above street level.
The living room has two comfortable sofas and large glass doors opening up to the terrace with the swimming pool. There is a stereo system with CD player, and the 29 inch TV set is connected to a satellite system to receive many international news programs as well as a number of sports and movie channels. The open-air dining area has a table large enough for up to eight guests and is located next to the open-plan kitchen.
